Pool Openings:

We provide a thorough pool opening service to ensure your pool is ready for the season. Our service includes:

• Removing water and debris from the cover
• Cleaning and storing the cover and water bags
• Installing pool fittings and accessories
• De-winterizing equipment
• Cleaning scum lines, coping, and chrome
• Starting water circulation
• Adding chemicals (if purchased)

Pool Owner's Responsibilities:

• Provide access to a garden hose and water tap
• Turn off the garden hose once the pool is full
• Provide access to an electrical outlet

Pool Closings:

To protect your pool during the off-season, our closing service includes:

• Lowering water levels to the appropriate level
• Winterizing all pool equipment
• Removing jets, blowing out water from lines, and installing winter plugs
• Installing the winter cover, stair board, and water bags
• Adding chemicals (if purchased)

Pre-Arrival Requirements:

• If your pool has a sump well, please drain it 48 hours before our arrival
• Vacuum and clean the pool, removing all debris
